We would like to honor Karli Babin with the latest Rising Star Award for exemplifying Expertec’s values in the workplace, specifically, “caring for each other” and “we work together”. Karli is always willing to fill in and lend a hand, especially to help our front-end staff during an absence. Karli’s experience and can-do attitude are a huge asset to the Expertec team.
We asked Karli to describe her last 8 years with Expertec…
“My favorite part about working here is we have the absolute best ‘teamwork makes the dream work’ attitude across the board. I have built great working relationships with so many great people. Everyone is so supportive, respectful, and really a joy to work with. It truly feels like a work family, I am grateful and proud to be a part of it!”
When asked about Expertec’s values, Karli responded, “We Work Together is my favorite company value because to me, it is the most important. It is the culture at Expertec, and I believe it is the way for everyone to succeed.”
